I am new here was sent by a friend of mine that I do custom dirt, champ , sprint and midget custom die cast for. I have only browsed the site a little and have seen same amazing photos. Right now i am working on two cars for him. The first is Gary Betenhausens #24 Sprint car from 1968 I believe. It was painted up with the blue and red and similar design like Parnalli Jones colors. The other car is the R*Z Special driven by Ralph Ligouri. I only have one picture of both cars one is in color on the Al Consoli web site and the other R*Z Special is in black and white. If anyone has pictures of these cars or links to pictures I would appreciate it.
I mostly just follow Indy car. I grew up only an hour away from the track and have gone down for practice and qualify weekends, carb day and of course race day since 1988 off and on. The place although has changed it is still spectacular and special to me. A lot of family memories and special times happened at that track.
