One of, if not the greatest, American race car builders has passed away. A.J. Watson and his achievements in the sport will never be equaled or duplicated. He designed and built the cars, he was chief mechanic, and pit crew member on several Indianapolis 500 winning cars. His Indy, dirt champ, and sprint cars won hundreds of races, many championships, and help many legendary drivers earn their place in auto racing history. God Speed, A.J. Watson
